Sarah, our founding gunnercooke coach, is an award-winning serial entrepreneur and certified coach to leaders of scale-up businesses and board members.
Sarah has a strong commercial track record as co-founder of gunnercooke, one of the UK’s fastest growing challenger law firms. She currently sits on the board for gunnercooke and its associated companies.
Sarah began her career as a lawyer and became a General Counsel for two FTSE 250 companies. She has also been a Non-Executive Director in the health sector. Throughout her career, Sarah has advised a range of businesses including corporates, scale-ups and start-ups.

Henna is an award-winning corporate and entertainment lawyer, an international speaker and coach to elite clients in the media & entertainment and legal sectors.
Henna has a 15-year track record of success in the global music and entertainment industries in the UK and US. Alongside her coaching practice, Henna is an entrepreneur currently leading three businesses:

Tim is an experienced executive coach, author and training facilitator with a background as a senior leader in the public sector. He has 15 years’ international experience coaching numerous clients in start-ups, scale-ups and corporates in banking, education, healthcare and the creative sectors.
“I have operated at all levels of seniority from C-suite through to delivery teams, customer service and sales teams. I use a range of tools and techniques creatively to achieve outstanding results with my clients. In particular, I apply Lean Six Sigma in a variety of settings to add significant value to organisations, teams and individuals.”
Tim’s primary focus is on achieving performance through cultural and behavioural change, personal development and organisational effectiveness.
John is a qualified coach, mentor and advisor, portfolio Non-Exec Director and owner of Shinnick LLP. His goal is to help people at ‘Points of Change’ to develop, grow, pivot and embrace new ideas. John thrives on helping clients who feel stuck and feel that “it’s impossible to find a way forward”. Previously a partner at Grant Thornton for 21 years, John spent time working with dynamic people to help make their businesses great. He has the deep technical capabilities and expertise that comes with a professional services background, as well as a clear focus on commercial negotiation, strategy, and getting the very best out of people and their teams.
