Sarah has a strong commercial track record as co-founder of gunnercooke, one of the UK’s fastest growing challenger law firms. She currently sits on the board for gunnercooke and its associated companies.
Sarah began her career as a lawyer and became a General Counsel for two FTSE 250 companies. She has also been a Non-Executive Director in the health sector. Throughout her career, Sarah has advised a range of businesses including corporates, scale-ups and start-ups.

Henna has a 15-year track record of success in the global music and entertainment industries in the UK and US. Alongside her coaching practice, Henna is an entrepreneur currently leading three businesses:

John is a qualified coach, mentor and advisor, portfolio Non-Exec Director and owner of Shinnick LLP. His goal is to help people at ‘Points of Change’ to develop, grow, pivot and embrace new ideas. Previously a partner at Grant Thornton for 21 years, John spent time working with dynamic people to help make their businesses great. Previously a director of marketing for an international law firm, Clare has worked with thousands of lawyers on all aspects of business development, personal impact, brand and marketing. Her clients are professional service firms and legal entrepreneurs.

Steve is an Executive, Business and Team Coach with a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, where he is currently completing the final year of a 3-year Masters in Coaching & Behavioural Change. He is an Executive Coaching Practitioner with the Academy of Executive Coaching and member of the Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS).
Steve combines deep knowledge of coaching practice and theory with broad international business experience gathered over 30 years with PwC. His work as a Tax and HR Partner included 6 years leading practices in The Netherlands, and Central & Eastern Europe, where he was heavily involved in the development of senior individuals and international teams.
I believe passionately in supporting others to achieve their full individual potential, by reinforcing and building recognised strengths, discovering and developing hidden competencies, and enabling comfortable and effective communication in dynamic environments.

Brendan is a qualified coach who helps clients overcome the limiting assumptions that restrict their effectiveness and performance as professionals and leaders.
After 20 years as HR Director for Mazars LLP, a top 10 Accountancy practice, Brendan moved into the role of Internal Executive & Performance Coach, working with Partners at all levels within the Firm, as well with a range of individuals on Partner track.
